Downloadable datasets underneath every figure on the site. If you are writing about Thai plea mechanics, remand, §112 sentence stacking, or the trafficking- prosecution industry, everything below is machine-readable and cited to source.

  • Thai offence catalogue

    The ten Thai offences used by the Simulator and Comparator: statutory maximum, minimum, bail-denial flag, statute reference, and notes.

Chart images

Chart PNGs are exported by hand on request. Email press@pleadormax.com and specify which chart(s) you need. Requests are usually turned around same-day.

Charts currently on the site — each is exportable as a PNG or PDF at print resolution:

  • Dashboard — prison population 2020–2024; pretrial-share breakdown; capacity vs. occupancy; drug-offence dominance.
  • Comparator — country-by-country bar chart per offence.
  • Simulator — outcome card + risk meter for any Thai offence.

Editorial policy on quotation

Every figure on the site is sourced. Every substantive claim is anchored to a public dataset or a named journalistic outlet. See the methodology page for the complete catalogue of sources, grouped by topic, plus a “what we exclude and why” section.

Quotation, citation, and re-use are welcomed. The site is licensed for editorial reproduction: figures may be reproduced with attribution to PleadOrMax and, where applicable, to the underlying primary source. The full policy is at /ai.txt.

What we ask you not to do: attach personal allegations to named individuals that aren’t in public reporting. PleadOrMax is aggregate advocacy — the editorial stance is deliberate.
