Thailand's 2024 overall score was 0.50/1.00, ranking 78th. The WJP's own country profile documents that Thailand's criminal-justice factor scores notably lower than its overall placement — a deficit the index attributes to due-process problems, government influence on prosecutions, and corruption in the criminal-justice system.
